Behavior & important notes
- First use rotating_options with an owned active proxy ID. Changes affect the whole package, potentially including other assignments. Both terms=true and accept_package_scope=true are required. 0 means every request; 0–86400 seconds is the ARNPROXY API limit. Credentials, authorized IPs, balance and service expiry are unchanged.
- A timeout/5xx is not proof that a write failed. Use the original Idempotency-Key with its status resource. Do not retry under a new key; GET does not resend the change.
